MOWING – LANDSCAPER CREW LEADER DRIVER JOB INDIANAPOLIS NORTH

Here’s what you’ll do:

As a landscaping professional, you’ll be committed to providing the highest quality of landscape maintenance support to residential and commercial properties. Our goal is to create the most aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments. You’ll safely operate commercial-grade landscaping equipment and will make sure to maintain and care for the equipment properly. We are passionate about landscape maintenance and look forward to incorporating your skills to help create beautiful outdoor spaces.

You’ll be responsible for:

• On-Site management of up to four employees
• Driving a cab-over Isuzu Landscaping Truck
• Mowing grass, trimming and edging borders, and blowing using power equipment
• Pruning shrubs
• Maintaining flower beds, and applying mulch
• Picking up trash and debris
• Performing weeding via various hand tools
• Being polite, helpful, friendly, and responsive to our customers

You’ll be a good fit if:

• You want to earn up to $10 more per hour than other companies offer
• You, with a partner, can mow 20-25 yards per day
• You can design, manage, and FINISH simple landscaping projects like mulch installation and clean-ups
• You are open to education for production that makes you more money
• You’re a minimum of 18 years old
• You’re enthusiastic and reliable
• You’re able to safely work with power equipment
• Mowing-Landscapers riding in a MYLOS fleet vehicle are required to wear seatbelts
