MULCH INSTALLER JOB SUB-CONTRACT – INDIANAPOLIS NORTH

As a landscaping professional, you’ll be committed to providing the highest quality of landscape mulch installations to residential and commercial properties. Our goal is to create the most aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments. We’re talking about sod cut bed edges, leveled beds, tamped edges, and weed control! Our Customers expect the best.

You’ll reliably and swiftly complete installations…All you have to do is complete the installation!  We do all of the not-so-fun stuff like marketing, estimating, sales, customer service, invoicing, and getting the mulch to the site. You will be paid within one week of each Project- no more waiting for customers to pay!

We are passionate about landscape mulch and look forward to incorporating your skills to help create beautiful outdoor spaces.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Communicating your prices and availability with Our Project Coordinator
• Signing an Agreement for Services Provided for Each Project
• Coordinating Installation dates with Our Project Coordinator
• Bed Edging where needed (We have a Bed Edger available)
• Performing necessary weeding prior to installation
• Applying Pre-Emergent when required
• Completing Each Project in a timely manner
• Immediately communicating any delays to Our Project Coordinator
• Removing All Contractor trash from Project Site
• Blowing off all Hard Surfaces like sidewalks and patios
• Taking Before and After Photos of All Project Areas
• Respectful and Appreciative Communication with Customers when it arises
• Fostering a safe work environment for your employees

You’ll be a good fit if:

• You’re a minimum of 18 years old
• You’re enthusiastic and reliable
• You’re able to safely work with power equipment
• You’re experienced in installing mulch
• You’re equally aligned with Our Extreme Customer Service expectations
• You have a Driver’s License
• You do not curse, smoke, vape, chew, do drugs, steal, sleep, go to the bathroom outdoors, or drink on-site.  If your brand does not align with ours, we cannot be partners- period.
